The Commissaries, Mr. I Made Wijaya, S.Kom. has an extensive experience in the hotel industry prior to his appointment as Operating Systems Manager for Hilton Hotel.
As a holding company, PT INTI WAHANA SEMAYA also has an advantage in having 7 additional companies :
- Benoa Maritime Indonesia in Bali - STCW training facility for BST, CCM, and PSCRB
- Semaya College in Bali – Culinary and Hospitality Training
- Semaya Maritime Training Center in Banjarmasin - STCW training facility for BST

- Nusa Penida Beach Hotel – in Nusa Penida island

I Made Wijaya, S. Kom, graduated from the Christiany Duta Wacana of University Yogyakarta, majoring Informatics Technology and founder of PT Inti Wahana Semaya (IWS).
R. Iskandar, graduated from Johnson and Wales University, USA and experienced as Hotel Controller on board the NCL vessels for many years.
I Kadek Sarendra Jaya, graduated from hotel and tourism school in bali. Used to work as dinning room waiter with norwegian cruise line for five years.
